Maintenance Program

 

At William R. Sims Roofing Inc., we offer a maintenance program, which will offer you the opportunity to have peace of mind when it comes to the condition of your roof over the years.

 

Our program is a maintenance program that offers the following:

 

•  An annual inspection of your roof, including an inspection report along with photos

 

•  All leaves and small debris are removed from the roof surface and gutters to prevent ponding water       that may cause premature roof aging and damage

 

•  Any signs of "pop-up" nails will be secured and sealed

 

•  As needed, we replace deteriorated sealant on metal flashings

 

•  Priority service call scheduling for William R. Sims Roofing, Inc.

 

•  All roof maintenance information will be entered into our data system
